K N Nehru Brother Killed - Mar 29-3-2012 - Ramajayam Kidnapped Vetti Kolai - Tension in Tiruchi - Shops Closed

Former DMK Minister KN Nehri's brother Ramajayam was kidnapped and killed at Trichi today March 29 2012 (Thursday)


Ramajayam went for morning walk today at 6.30 am. Since he didn't return even after 9.30 am rumours spread that he was kidnapped. Normally he goes for walking with 2 persons. Today he went alone. 


Later Ramajayam was found dead by Police with hands, legs tied and mouth stuffed with cloth near Kallanai at Thiruvalarcholai.


He was taken to Government Hospital, Tiruchirapalli for post mortem. Many DMK members gathered at GH and tension is prevailing there. All the shops have been closed in Tiruchi


Police has formed 3 teams to investigate the killing. Ramajyam had been booked in land grab cases. Kalaignar Karunanidhi has expressed sorrow over his death in a statement.
