The 4th Phase voting for Uttar Pradesh State Assembly election 2012 has begun. The Phase-IV vote percentage today February 19 2012 (Sunday) is given below. 


Phase-4 Polling Percentage: 23% (at 11 am IST)


The election is held for 56 seats in 11 districts of UP. Nearly 1.74 lakh voters have right to cast their votes today. 967 candidates are in fray.
